You May Qualify for the Consumer Assistance Program (CAP)

The Consumer Assistance Program offers repair assistance for emission-related repairs performed at a STAR Test and Repair Station, as well as an incentive for early vehicle retirement. If you are eligible and there are remaining funds for the fiscal year, you will receive assistance for a smog repair or an incentive payment for the early retirement of your vehicle.
